OT: Who belongs? CFB Playoffs

Very interesting predicament may be upcoming in the Big Ten. I'm curious to see where people stand.

Should a 2-loss Big Ten champ (Wisc/PSU) be in the playoff, or does a one-loss Ohio state belong? Ohio St did not win their division and has no chance at conference, but has only one loss total and has a much better resume including win @Oklahoma.

So I ask - who belongs?
