OT: Selling The Ames Condo & Going Back To School

A shocking development. I've decided to list my condo for sale in Ames. I bought the condo in 2010 somewhat on a whim. It worked out much better than I expected.

But it's time for me to go back to school. I have bought a new condo in a repurposed elementary school building. It's a much nicer condo within walking distance of campustown. While the old condo was nice, it was not much more than a hotel room. This new place may someday be my primary residence.
