Co-worker's husband was doing a light, short lower body workout and felt bad starting the 2nd set. Sounds like he wasn't going hard at all and definitely wasn't lifting for very long. Went home and just felt weak. A few days later he thought his pee looked green (he's color-blind) but when wife looked it was brown. He got sick on a Wednesday and went to urgent care on Saturday and they promptly put him in hospital for 4 days.
His wasn't chemically induced or even stress related but the doctor DID think he had an under-lying virus that weekend his system enough for the rhabdo to get going.
I had never even heard of rhabdo prior to the hawks mess. How many of these guys had to leave football - anyone remember?
