A buddy of mine was in a bar (Francies on Fluer Drive) on Saturday night to watch the Cyclones. He said he he wanted to punch of bunch of stupid obnoxious hawk fans. He said hawk fans were cheering for OU, which is fine, but they were very boisterous and making loud comments about how bad ISU is at football. There were other Cyclone fans in there so it was a split crowd. My observation is this, if the roles were reversed I doubt you would hear cyclone fans acting like that in front of strangers from another fan base. Just wouldn't do it. And the other thing is, can't these idiots see that there is a difference in the caliber of competition that we play compared to them?
