I work in the Medical field as a pilot, so I'm no expert on the matter, but from listening to my co-workers talk about what we need to do to prevent the virus from spreading. Here is a few things we need to do to prevent it from spreading.
1. Keep 6 ft away from other people.
2. Avoid large crowds
3. Wash your hands often.
4. If possible, wash or disinfect your hands prior to touching your face.
5. Disinfect your hands often.
6. Avoid coughing or sneezing on someone else.
7. Stay healthy, eat right and exercise. Healthy you are the better it is to fight the virus.
8. Avoid smoking
If you see anything missing or needs to be added, feel free to add or comment.
If you have to go to a restaurant, taking it to go is better than eating in.
Grocery and supply runs are okay.
I think farmers have an advantage during these times because of not being in close proximity to other people most of the time.
I think quarantine in this situation doesn't necessarily mean you need to stay in the house and not come out, but to try to keep you distance from people to avoid coming in contact with a infected person.
I think that if you lived you life as you normally do, you'll be fine as long as you keep your space and be vigilant to the health and sanitize your surroundings.
