I finally got a chance with decent weather to golf for the first time today. I was going to yesterday, but too many people out behaving like idiots. So today I went out for my maiden 2020 voyage. Beautiful. Mid-fifties to about 60 when i finished (temperature). No catastrophic holes. Couple of pars.
Course has signs on every tee box and green advising Covid19 social distancing required. Limit of 1 person per cart unless the 2nd person is sheltering with the driver (husband/wife, father/son, etc.) Owner is pleading for people to follow guidelines. If they don't and the course would become a hot spot, he could lose everything. He just bought the couse 2 years ago and is working hard to get right side up on everything.
Raised cups are interesting. No putts go in. Just bounce off the rims. Just great to get the exercise. Going to be stiff.
