Instead of going to the scrimmage yesterday, I got a “garage transformation“ instead. Wheeled all my stuff out and a couple guys professionally resurfaced the concrete floor and coated it w epoxy. Turned out fantastic. Had it scheduled out a month. My Marshalltown cousin spent the weekend helping me organize and give stuff away along w playing 3 rounds of golf.
I didn’t need an alcoholic intervention to quit drinking, but did need a garage intervention to get rid of 35 years of accumulated “I might need someday / too good to get rid of” stuff.
