If the Cubs win in court today vs the Rooftop owners, they might actually be able to make Wrigley the way they want it to be. Why they ever kowtowed to the Rooftop owners 20 years ago I will never understand.
I still think they should forget Wrigley and go build a larger modern stadium somewhere with parking and more access and less law suits. They don't build things like they used to for a reason - new and perfect would be better.
