I went on a long golf weekend with 19 retirees/former co-workers to Overland Park KS and played Sycamore Ridge along with two other last minute substitute courses due to wet conditions.
We went to eat at j.gilbert’s on Sunday night. They use US Prime beef and a buddy talked me into the sirloin over the fillet I had planned on ordering. It was the tastiest cut of meat I’ve had in years, and plenty tender. They just put a location in downtown Omaha.
