OT: Any Flood Risk For Travel On I35 North?

I am planning to depart Ames before 4:00 am Monday morning with the final destination Rochester, MN. I know there are flooding concerns if I were to attempt Cedar Rapids to Rochester, but don't know if there are travel risks for late Sunday night or early Monday morning along the I-35 N / I-90 E route. Do I need to make alternative travel plans?
