looking for a small apartment, room, efficiency apt. for my son who will be graduating early this year in December, not sure where he will do his grad work, it could be ISU but not sure so that is an issue. Very quiet,, non smoke, non drink and works 20 hrs a week plus carries about a 3.6 in English and classical studies.
