As much as I love our tailgating, I have to report something bad that happened to an OSU fan yesterday. I was tailgating up in the paved Vet Med lots. I was parked by a motor home with a nice OSU tent, but never saw anybody there pregame, or initially post game.

Eventually I saw a guy come back, and then he came over to talk to me and my buddy. He asked if I had seen anybody by his tent. And we hadn't in the pre or post game. He said that somebody had walked off with his Yeti cooler and some other minor things. I know those coolers can go for a couple hundred bucks.

He had decided to tailgate at an OSU alumni tent or something. We talked for a bit, seemed like a good guy, and it just sucks that some knucklehead has to go and do that and give Ames a black eye to this individual.

So I'm going to presume that it got swiped during the game. There were not a lot of people up there, and I'm sure even fewer during the game. And leaving something like that out, is probably not even a good idea even at a convent.

So I posted this to remind to lock your valuables, and be aware of the thieves among us.
