Jamie may have spilled the beans a little on the call in show tonight. A caller asked about the DC and QB positions that are open. Jamie said he thought CMC had people in mind but their teams were in bowl games and they were not available. Talked to Todd Sturdy Sunday night. He told me "it wasn't looking good." Looking like we will not have a coach on staff with any ties to the high school coaches in the state of Iowa or Iowa roots. This concerns me a little. Mike Woodley was the one of the first hires Coach Mac made and then Captain Kirk hired Reece Morgan. Both were great hires as far as furthering relations with IA high school coaches.
