Online TV

I know this has been a discussed ad nauseam but I wanted to start a fresh thread. I have been throwing around the idea of streaming my TV for a year now. Obviously access to Cyclone sports (ESPN and FSN) is a big deal but also my wife likes Travel, FOOD, DIY, HGTV, etc. I also live in western IA and would prefer DSM channels over Omaha.

For those of you that have gone the streaming route what do you and why (carrier and package)?
