I don't remember the name of the statistic, but it has to do with the percentage of your team's recruits finish the program. It's similar to graduation rates, but I remember if you fall below a certain level, you can be punished for it.
It hasn't been discussed, but I was wondering with all of the turnover in the roster, would that be something that could come back to bite us in the next 2-3 years.
