I am going to assume that Jake Campos is out for the year. That leaves us with where are we now headed?
I would guess that the first 5 would be Bobek (C), Scoggins (G), Fett (G), Philbert (T) and Good-Jones (T). As you can see, I have not gone out on the limb here, but it seems likely that is at least the starting point.
Meeker is likely the backup at both guards and center. Maybe even Tackle, if indeed he is the first man in. Someone with more knowledge (read that "actual knowledge") of offensive line play would need to make that evaluation. Udeogu and Curtiss would be the backup tackles, with maybe Udeogu also being second in line at guard.
Obviously, this is less than ideal. But, let's face it, it was never going to be the strength of the team, even with Jake Campos. Point is it needs to be made serviceable this year to allow talents like Warren, Lazard and Lanning to excel. You protect your tackle(s) with Tight End(s) if necessary. You run quarterbacks because that is part of their strength. I feel comfortable with our depth at running back and we have the material for a god running game - IF the line is serviceable.
Same story for the passing game. I think we have receivers that are impressive enough. We can stretch the field if we choose to. I think this staff will. I was impressed with the way all 3 quarterbacks threw the ball. And I hope we choose to use the Tight Ends, which would allow us to use TE's in the running AND passing game.
The sky has not fallen. The hurdle simply went from low hurdles to intermediate hurdles or high hurdles. Neat thing about football is that you can scheme, to a degree, to hide weaknesses. But the line has to be serviceable.
