Apparently CBS Sports threw out a poll a day or two ago with the following question:

Who is most likely to win the NBA championship: Cleveland, Golden State, Oklahoma City or "other"?

Ummm, they couldn't just list Toronto too as the 4th team instead of "other"? Doesn't CBS broadcast into Canada? Seems a bit short-sighted to me
