Won't be popular with some but it would be insane to do the same thing one more time. No hiring any coach under 45. Get a proven, experienced coach. We need a Johnny Orr hire but in football it may look a bit different.
Hire a Mack Brown type with a young- hard working staff. (just an example)
You want to be like the K-State model? it won't come from Bowling Green, Houston or NIU.
Young or old, history tells us the next coach won't be here in 8 years so lets get someone experienced.
