New CBB rules

A couple of nights ago, ESPN was going to have a special that went over the new rules for CBB. However, due to the events going on at Mizzou, that is all they covered. I had recorded it, but they ended up not showing it at all.

Anyone know what the "new" rules are for MBB this year? I know they totally changed the format of WBB, not as interested in that.
