What is the rule on the seedings and matchups in regards to splitting up teams from the same conference into different regions? Obviously they can't play in the 1st round, but could they in a 2nd round matchup?
How about playing a team from a different conference in a rematch? Such as, if Iowa St is a 4 seed, can they play #13 Chattanooga?
