National Champs vs Conference Tourney Champs

Out of curiosity, I looked it up and 4 of the last 6 National Champs didn’t even make it to their conference tourney championship game.

I’ll take Final Four nets in the trophy case over a Big 12 Tournament Championship trophy and nets every time.

Just once would be fabulous.
