This is my opinion and I don’t care if anyone agrees with me or not..

I do support allowing maximum voter participation in fair and free elections whether by in person voting on Election Day, in person early voting prior to Election Day or by absentee/mail-in ballots put in certified drop boxes or mailed and post marked by the end of Election Day with reasonable allowed delivery times due to longer service times via USPS (maybe a Friday delivery deadline 2 1/2 weeks later)... why allow so much time for mail, an example... I recently bought a vintage motorcycle (1950 model) from someone in the Twin Cities area, sent a down payment check to hold it via Bill Pay from my bank and it took 10 days for the check to be delivered from a bank processing center in Des Moines to an address no more than 250 miles away.... Tax day is typically April 15 and the deadline for filing taxes is midnight that day. Why not do that for elections... if good enough for taxes, it should be good enough for elections... results could be announced by Thanksgiving, allowing just under 2 months for transition..

A thought and my opinion...
