My slotted time was 9:30 this morning. I had a dentist apt at 8:30 so I figured I'd be all right. Well, I had to run an errand right after my appointment, and my almost 93 year old dad was in a serious car accident and was in the hospital so I am not thinking straight and I forgot the parking pass.
I had to take my wife to Nashville for a CT and I am still not remembering. Finally, sitting in the waiting room it dawns on me, PARKING PASS.........so I get on my cell phone and go to place the order. Well I have Chrome on my phone and it is processing.......(you know that story). I then remember someone posting about that so I take my wife's IPhone and try using Safari, same result. I call the 866 number from the website and get a busy signal. My wife gets back from the CT and I tell her to keep trying the phone. We go the car and I drive home fast so I can get to my computer. Meanwhile my wife tries to get another number. She gets a hold of the football marketing dept somehow and they giver her another number. They tell my wife there are only two people answering the phones from the ticket office. My wife calls the other number and gets put on hold. I finally get home driving 85-90 mph most of the way. I log on and go to my account and..........my C4 lot is available!! I was happy about that because we drive over 700 miles one way and it is nice to tailgate with friends after that trip . On the other hand, I am pissed that they are putting us through this. There had to be a better way. I sure as hell hope this is not an annual process we have to go thu. It is pretty sad it is easier to buy the tickets that buy a parking pass.
