I live in downtown MPLS on the north side in the North Loop neighborhood. If I didn't know the Final Four was here, I wouldn't know anything big was going on just blocks away. It's strangely quiet in our area unlike the Super Bowl. However, the city was smart in really making all the events for the Final Four as close to the stadium as possible. True downtown is an effing cluster****. I tried driving around and it took me an hour to go three blocks.

I saw Calipari and Boeheim chatting outside the Hilton Hotel downtown which was kind of cool even though I hate Calipari.

I Lyft drive during these massive events and it's so worth it. This whole weekend has been around 400% in surge pricing...very lucrative. Hands down the best fans are Texas Tech followed closely by Virginia, then Auburn and not surprisingly Michigan State. I drove four drunk asshole MSU fans after their loss last night.

The city has really done a fantastic job with these massive events like the Super Bowl and the Final Four. Nice to see all the sports media fawning over how well the event is and how great the people and city are as well.

Thank god the weather has been decent...we're bracing for 12+ inches of snow on Wednesday/Thursday of this week after hitting 70 degrees tomorrow.
