I saw him play live twice; once at People's and once at the M-Shop. Unforgettable shows.

Mojo Nixon, the unabashed cult favorite who recorded novelty hits like 'Elvis Is Everywhere' and 'Don Henley Must Die,' has died at the age of 66.
