last night (Poock) grew up in the Okoboji area. He was raised as a Cyclone fan, and always wanted to play for the Cyclones. CPR and staff did not have ANY interest in him. Never gave him a sniff. Last night when he was making those tackles against TCU he looked as good or better than any LB we have this year! Another frustrating example of letting in-state talent go. Who are we to not even give this kid a look? His whole family, including extended relatives and friends that comprise their Okoboji crew have ALL switched to being Gopher fans. What a shame...
