With Manny Malou no longer set to play for Iowa St.....and since it's a rather slow day for sports.
What are the top players (or highly touted) to commit to Iowa St, but only to have them never play a minute for Iowa St for whatever reason?

Manny Malou ('16 Class) - NBA draft
Jerome Harper ('02 Class) - from Indian Hills CC, academics
Ernest Brown ('00 Class) - from Indian Hills CC, academics?. Had a brief stint in the NBA.
CJ Bruton ('97 Class) - from Indian Hills CC, NCAA issues. Played professionally overseas.
Ivan Chiriaev ('04 Class) - from Canada, proclaimed the NBA needed him
Gerrod Henderson ('97 Class) - from Louisiana, part of the Fizer class and couldn't get into school, starred at LA Tech and still playing professionally overseas
