I'm as frustrated as the next guy with close losses, but if you look at our team man by man, we may well be overachievers. How may of our guys would start for other top 20 teams? Here's my take

Morris-legit point guard, has taken his scoring to a new level. Great player would start most anywhere

Long-strong driver, streak shooter, plays good defense. Would be a strong bench play on top teams

Thomas-playing at less than 50%. Legs are a huge part of shooting. Bone spurs are horrible for him

Burton-being asked to play the 4 and 5 spot, when he's a three. He needs to rebound, but can't do it all himself. A 6-4 center or strong forward...that's tough duty for anyone.

Bowie-new with the other players. Again, being asked to play a 4-5 spots, but is more of a three slasher, scorer. Making the transition against other bigs is tough

Babb-definate role player, but playing up to his ability in my opinion. Has moments, but has to play against players bigger than he is.

Jackson-has exceeded expectations for me. Small PG or shooting guard. Good hustle.

Holden-not sure what happened with him. Never knew he was in the game.

Young-plays like a Freshman, certainly not like an elite one however. He has good moments and I really like his upside. The big men he's plays against are some of the best, and that's tough duty.

Player by player, we are undersized, but playing with the top teams in the country. Maybe overachieving?
