I personally don't know the young farmer, but he represented Iowa, Iowa State (with the logo-ed shirt he was wearing) and the pork industry well with the remote interview from his home on Fox and Friends this morning.
Unfortunately, he had to discuss the fact that pork consumption in this country is down 9% over the past 20 years.
I continue to eat plenty of pork and beef to help reverse that trend.
