Went back and check some stats from last year and compared them to the current year. The first number is 2013-14, the second is 2014-15:

Notes: scoring was off by ~5, but so was the opponents'. Shooting both for and against was relatively unchanged Our 3pt shooting was off by a substantial 112 basis points, but the defense was improved by 73 basis points. I really think the biggest difference was outside shooting.
