Based upon the current top 16, and the fact that ISU can not play in Des Moines, I have the following teams and sites they will go to:
Des Moines: Kansas and Wichita State
Oklahoma City: Oklahoma and Michigan State
St. Louis: Kentucky and Iowa State
Raleigh: North Carolina and Duke
Providence: Indiana and Virginia
Spokane: Gonzaga and UConn
Brooklyn: Maryland and Villinova
Denver: California and Arizona
Obviously for ISU, the cities in order are St. Louis, and then OK City, and then likely Denver. IF ISU falls closer to the 16 spot than the 4 spot, I could see them ending up in Denver or worse, Spokane.
Here is the potential problem, Oklahoma City, Des Moines, and St. Louis could possible host 6 seeded teams, and there are 7 in the running, KU, WSU, UK, ISU, MSU, OU, and IU. Finish 7th of those teams and find yourself in Spokane.
I would say that ISU has 0 possibility of playing in Brookyn, Providence, Raleigh, and Des Moines is out by rule. So only to St. Louis, OK City, Denver, Spokane.
