CFH's mentioned in the PC, that we had one of the highest defensive rebounding %'s, so this game was uncharacteristic ??? Did anyone really feel like we rebounded well all year?
We had a very respectable FG % and points scored avg. for the year, but did anyone feel like we were a great offensive team this year.
We went 25-9, tied for 2nd, won the Conference tourney... beats the hell out of 2-10 and losing to NDSU. In CFH we trust, and wouldn't trade him for any other Coach.
IDK, the weirdest season... Sounds crazy to say that something was off with a top 10 rated team, but something was off with this team. I'm embarrassed to say I didn't enjoy it as much as I should have, with all those pathetic stretches of ineptitude.
For 2015-2016, here's my hope.
GN uses this as motivation to come back on a mission, which we know he will.
NL gets his mojo back and hits clutch threes again like we know he's capable.
JM puts on 20 lbs. of muscle
Hallice Cooke provides the much needed ball handling skills that we lacked from the 2 this year.
MT stays and comes off the bench to consistently hit 3's ala Tyrus.
If we miss on Diallo, we use a schollie on a transfer or a JUCO at the 4 that has a Big 12 body and a mean streak.
