So, in my neighborhood around football season an ISU decor van comes out of nowhere and sits on the street until football is completed. Which is fine and dandy. I always noticed the license plate and it was HOT4CPR, now I noticed this week the plate was changed to PUNTERU. So obviously this person now has cooled on CPR and his future.
