I am glad that the team figured it out, credit to NWB for calling a players only meeting a while back. CSP knew what the problems were, but until the team took ownership of their shortcomings, coaching can't help. I need to remind myself that they are 18-22 yr athletes that sometimes only see their own reflection in the mirror, instead of seeing 12 teammates. CSP builds toward tournament time, glad the team responded. Future is very, very bright.
