In my senior year of high school football, our Coach would start the senior QB, who would wine and bitch in the huddle at our O-line. If we were behind late in the game, Coach would put in the junior gun slinger QB, who would calmly and confidently say in the huddle "you give me 3 seconds, we got a first down." We played lights out WAY harder for him. Leadership in the huddle is phenomenally powerful. It sure seems like Lanning has IT.
