OU winning last night would have given OU a big leg up on the rest of the conference, so as much as I hate to say it, it helps ISU that KU won. Using the old +/- formula: Road win +1, Home loss -1, all other 0 , then the current standings in the league are:

Obviously, WV is sitting in very good shape right now. But any team that can win at KU will have a huge advantage over the remainder of the league.
