I was reading about the history of the T-Formation and found a page describing the most common formations in football history. I had heard about the "Miracle at the Meadowlands" but had no idea that game gave rise to what we now call the victory formation. As I am reading the details of that game, they mention some other late game shockers. I was surprised to find the Iowa State late game collapse against K-State to be mentioned. You just can't get away from it.
