If Fred leaves he will just be another ISU coach that flirted with building something special but baled out early, for personal gain, without completing the job. He will join the ranks of Johnny Majors, Earle Bruce, and Tim Floyd. I hope he doesn't do that. Somehow, I have believed he was different / special.
