I hadn't heard this before. Jimmy Butler (Chicago Bulls) was a guest on Bill Simmons' podcast a few days ago. He says he visited Iowa State and was hosted by Wesley Johnson. Johnson hyped ISU up to Butler and told him they'd be great together. Butler was all ready to sign and play for ISU. Two days after Butler's visit, Johnson announced he was transferring to Syracuse. Butler wound up at Marquette.
