Obviously a good coach, but why does he stay at UNI after this year? If he does, is he really just that much of a small town/rural/family guy who has everything he needs, or is he afraid to try the big time. Personally, I think he saw Greg fail at ISU and I don't think he has the confidence to try the big time.
