Watchiing CPR at his media news conference surprised me in two ways:
1. CPR's staff seems to be following CfH's recruiting playbook used at the beginning of Hoiball. Namely, seek out recruits where ever they can be found and under almost any circumstances with the primary question being: Can they contribute now! Ignore their pedigree, age, school background, etc…… Granted, CPR appears to have little choice in following this approach, but kudos to his staff for the apparent gems uncovered.
2. Never thought I would say this, but the most revenant questions seemed to be coming from the DMR reporters, Peterson and Birch. It will never happen, but I would like to see Gridiron Club members present at such events and with the opportunity to ask their own questions.
