I was fortunate to be invited to ISU's practice yesterday by a friend with some contacts. I was impressed with the guys. Georges, Jameel, Monte, and Matt all came over and said hi and I got a picture with all of them. Very laid back atmosphere and those guys couldn't have been nicer. It was fun just to watch them run their stuff. You forget how athletic and fast these guys are. Burton is even thicker in person. I was impressed by Brady Ernst. He is a big, strong athlete. He looks like he will be a contributor on the front line. Carter is raw but I could see him developing into a solid player. Again, Ernst is going to be a banger for us I think. I don't have much inside info and even if I did I am not sure how much I am able to disclose. Great experience though and thanks to Prohm and staff for letting me observe.
