I know some have discussed the long-term plans of the ISU AD and along those lines, the 10-year review and plan for the next 5 years was just released:

Looks like the department goals for the next 5 years are:
1. Maximize student-athlete GPAs at higher rate than student body.
2. Graduate student-athletes at higher rate than student body.
3. Be the premiere athletics department in the state.
4. Win multiple conference team championships annually.
5. Win a national team championship.
