Is everything that Biden signed for the last 4 years null and void?

Missouri AG is asking the DOJ to determine if BIden was actually doing his job and of sound mind when signing pardons, presidential orders, laws, etc.. He is saying that it is very clear that Biden was not of sound mind and body, and that most everything was being done illegally by staff. We do know that virtually none of the signatures on documents were actually done by Biden, it was done by machine. THis could get interesting, possibly everything that his white house did for the last four years was illegal, he was not of sound mind to be able to even know what he was doing. Especially the 8,000 pardons he doles out, these could easily be said to have been "signed" by a person that was completely incompetent. I believe that not only was Biden not of sound mind, but there had to have been laws that were broken by staff members making presidential decisions that only Biden was authorized to make, and people need to go to prison.
