Iowa wins and makes the Big 10 tourney as the last seed. Fran's job saved?

Iowa is now the 15th seed in the Big 10 tourney, and is in a bracket with 7 other teams, and I think they have a total of 1 win against the other 7 teams in their bracket. I doubt they win any games in their tourney. But maybe Fran saved his job?
