This is exciting to see Iowa State working on a room temperature stable SARS-CoV-2 vaccine in nasal delivery configuration. If successful it seems like it would be a game changer, especially if this virus requires ongoing immunization.

I was sceptical as to how realistic this study is in light of the other vaccines that are getting limited use approval, but I see in the story that it is a fast track project and is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
