This is from the Alliance for Iowa State weekly email. There is a nice write-up accompanying it if you get that email. I can no longer claim ISU has more alumni in Linn County, which was said to be true decades ago, although I can't validate that. I don't think the numbers in Linn County have grown in proportion to the growth of Iowa State. I find it interesting to note that there are high numbers of alumni in Linn, Blackhawk, Johnson and Scott counties. Most of those are considered to be Hawkeye country.
