For those who subscribe, just letting everyone know they released the State of the Program on ISU yesterday. The Athletic does a very complete analysis of every P5 and many G5 teams during spring and summer. They do a great job. Overview, Offense, Defense, Special Teams, Coaching, recruiting, transfers, comments from coaches in conference, and a summary. Generally pretty positive, just a lot of unknowns. Super high on Hunter. One rival coach said he will be a difference maker and they expect him to be better than Brock. Pretty high on our receivers. Really think the offense will change from ball control to using WRs more and stretching the field. Bigger concerns on D, obviously. Everyone feels pretty good what we have up front, but a lot of losses behind that. Generally positive on the replacements at safety and DB. Nothing shocking but nice comments on QB and our upward trend on recruiting.
