.......... the lack of verbal commits in the last few weeks. We seem to be stuck at 8. We are currently behind KSU and Kansas, and EIU has had a surge of VC's. Perhaps Ames is too 'Ma and Pa Kettle-ish' for some of these recruits from more populated areas. I would like to see 14-15 verbal commits in the fold by the time we kick off against UNI.
