Now before anyone goes off half-cocked, what I mean is I refuse to continue to use that term. To me, that recalls the "lovable losers" mentality. One of the first things the new ownership and upper management had to battle was changing the mindset of what is "The Cubs". To me, "Cubbies" is the old Cubs. I refer to them as at a minimum "The Cubs"...or "The @#$%ing Cubs!!!" if I've been into the Grain Belt Premium.
